We were at a dog show at the fairgrounds and this hotel was just minutes from the show. The staff were pleasant, the rooms clean, and breakfast was good. The only complaint I had was when I arrived they charged me for $20 pet fee (I couldn’t remember if the charge was per night or per stay) so I didn’t question it. Then upon checkout I saw another $23, and the person at the desk couldn’t tell me what it was for. I called the concierge from BringFido who called the hotel and found out it was for the second night ($20) plus tax. My two main issues with this was there was no consistency and why is there 15% tax on the pet fee? $3 is not a big deal for one night, but for multiple nights it would certainly grow! I have contacted the hotel but have not had a response yet. Like I said, I like consistency!

Arrived and stayed 1 night. No issues, nothing to say they went above and beyond. But the hotel served the purpose for a quick stay.

What more can you ask for? (I've had less at other places.) My dog felt comfortable too, although I learned she doesn't like to ride on elevators, so next time I'll ask for a first-floor room.

Room was clean and up to date. Employees were friendly. Parking lot cleanliness was not what you would expect, lots of broken glass and trash.

DO NOT book this hotel! Wish I could give it a 0. There were definitely bed bugs and it seemed management knew/wasn’t even concerned about it. I ended up leaving as soon as I arrived. Huge waste.

Helpful staff, great breakfast, and perfect for our two big dogs. They were much more relaxed here than the Motel 6 we were at the night before. Lots of grassy areas around the parking lot.

I travel to Columbus often to visit my kids at OSU. Great location, easy to find and close to campus. Clean and tidy. Not a bad place to stay for a night or two.

It works for a night or two. Especially if you are passing through and need something cheap. Or you just want something cheap close to Ohio State and won't spend a lot of time at the hotel. But the area the hotel is in is bad and the wifi didn't work. I wouldn't stay there again unless I was just passing through and just needed a bed for the night.

Hotel itself was nice. Location was super sketchy. Easy access room on the first floor made it easy to get in with pets. Plenty of grassy area around hotel to walk dogs
