This was my first hotel trip bringing the pupper. The hotel was really nice (and GREAT breakfast in the morning!). My only complaint is that we were there for a week and they only took out the trash/changed towels once. And the bedding was never switched. Not to be snooty or anything, but after some time, fresh would have been nice. Other than that, all the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. And I could stand in the parking lot and see the LAKE!! Literally it was across the street.

Friendly Staff, Clean. and food choices within the town. Grassy median in the parking lot for your fur babies or you could take a walk.

So, this hotel was along our route and thus convenient on that score. Our room was on the second floor. The issue with that was that there was no elevator. The dog didn't mind but my fiance did as she has knee issues. Who doesn't have an elevator in a multi-story hotel? This place is dog friendly in that they allow dogs in the rooms, not that there are any particular accommodations for them, like there was no designated dog walking area.

Nice hotel and amenities, dogs seemed quite comfortable. Some strips of grass in the parking lot but just across the street is Lake Erie, nice for a early morning explore and great leg stretch. The hotel was 20 miles off my route and I would plan to stay there again!

Motel is definitely not bad for the price. No issues bringing our GSD. Only issue was there is no where to take your dog out other than some gravel flower beds. There is a park very close though
