Hotel was a bit dated, but very clean. We appreciated being on the first floor near the exit. Lots of green space for dogs. Not an upscale hotel, but had good bedding and towels and it was exactly what we were looking for when traveling with two large dogs.

Nice amount of green space to walk your pooch. We had a deluxe queen room which had a small family room with wet bar, fireplace, and TV right inside the door from the hall. That lead to the br and then bedroom. Nice buffer zone from any hallway noise so our room was nice and quiet. Good for humans and our dog. Staff was pleasant and the complimentary breakfast had more options than a lot of places in the same price range. Nice place for the money. We'd stay there again.

Booked recently thinking that all La Quinta’s were dog friendly as in the past. Were told that since Wyndham Hotels took them over it was up to the hotel. This one does. They waved the fee for us but the policy change was upsetting. Now you have to call each location to check.

Very nice hotel. Tons of cute dogs. Good grassy areas. Hotel has a strange layout with large windows along the passage hallways and just small windows in the room. It was very clean and quiet. Would happily stay there again.

Room was pet friendly, breakfast in the morning 6-10a, didn’t hear any other dogs, easy access in and out(not deep deep in hotel stuck in the back). Very friendly customer service. I could not find a fenced in area for dog to run like others had reviewed.

Great location close to Cedar Point.Truly a pet friendly hotel (no ridiculous non refundable deposits-if its non-refundable,its not a “deposit”) thete is a separate building for dog owners with a good amount of green space to walk them.The customer service was great from booking to checkout,the room itself was spacious, clean and had an in-room hot tub which is amazing for a pet friendly room.Its nice to stay at a place that assumes you are a responsible pet owner and acknowledges them as part of your family rather than assuming the worst and charging exorbitant and unnecessary fees.Also the pool is open until 1am so everyone has a chance to utilize the amenity.I will gladly stay here anytime I bring the pups to Cedar Point or Sandusky.
