Puffin Cottage Holidays presents The Cottage at Wisemans Bridge.

If unrivalled sea views from every room, picturesque sunsets, listening to the sound of crashing waves whilst relaxing in a secluded garden and your own private path to the beach are high on your list when looking for your perfect Pembrokeshire holiday, then look no further....

The Cottage at Wisemans Bridge offers the ideal location right on the beachfront in a peaceful hamlet just on the periphery of Saundersfoot . The famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path is right on your door step and you can join it for the 10-15 minute scenic walk into Saundersfoot, either across the beach during low tide or on the scenic path above when the tide is in.

The Cottage is a self-catering holiday cottage and opens into a small porch with a further door opening into the main house leading to the kitchen on one side and the sitting room on the other. The sitting room provides comfortable sofa seating for up to 6 people and the cosy log burner makes The Cottage a lovely home to holiday in even during the slightly colder months. The lounge faces out towards the sea front and large windows capture the spectacular coastal views over the bay towards Amroth , Pendine and The Gower Peninsular. The lounge also benefits from TV with FreeView.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric 4-ring hob and cooker, fridge with large freezer compartment, washing machine and dishwasher. In the centre of the kitchen a beautiful Welsh dresser adds to the unique character of The Cottage. The large dining area affords comfortable seating for up to 6 people. This area is surrounded by large sea facing windows which again capture the magnificent coastal scenes over the bay towards Monkstone point. Doors lead from the kitchen to the garden.

Outside the beautiful garden is a real feature of this cottage - the front garden area faces out towards the sea and enjoys the same amazing views as the rest of the house. To the side of the house there is a path that leads through into a more secluded and peaceful 'secret garden' which provides a serene setting to relax or enjoy a book.

On the ground floor there is also a small cloak room with toilet and wash hand basin. Stairs lead up to the first floor and the spacious corridor with window seat and bookshelves, housing some of your favourite books for you to enjoy during your stay.

Doors lead through to the three bedrooms, each of which enjoys the panoramic coastal views and offer ample storage.

The Master Bedroom with double bed and TV benefits from an en-suite with a large corner shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Yet another wonderful feature of this cottage is the large sea facing balcony that leads off the master bedroom with garden furniture for two people - the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco breakfast.

Bedroom 2 sleeps up to two people in bunk beds (suitable for children only).

Bedroom 3 sleeps up to two people in twin beds and has a TV, wash hand basin and a cosy window seat where you can sit and look out to sea.

The upstairs family bathroom comprises toilet, wash hand basin and bath with shower over.

Outside the cottage there is parking for two cars. There are more parking bays just a two minute walk from The Cottage. Free wi-Fi is available at the property.

One well-behaved dog welcome. Although the garden is fully enclosed, an adventurous dog may be able to make way through the hedges. If you're bringing your furry friends, why not take a look at our dog friendly beaches guide.

Please note that there is a small but steep hill to access The Cottage and the property is therefore not suitable for anyone with limited mobility or wheelchair users.

Whether pets are accepted (and the number of pets accepted) is displayed within the property description. No other pets are permitted in the property, this includes external areas of the property.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.

The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The booking fee will be non-refundable in these circumstances as we will have carried out our services for this to you at the point of booking.
