Good location with lots of space to walk dogs. Rooms are tired and in need of minor repairs, but roomy. Wouldn’t stay here without a dog.

The suites were perfect size for our fur baby to stretch and play while we stayed. There was ton of surrounding areas for her to walk and use the bathroom. Quiet overall; we happened to be staying over the Fourth of July weekend and was the reason for the late night noise but other than one night it was perfect.

When we pulled in a 8pm the desk clerk told us that they had a gas leak problem so that there was no heat or hot water. It was a cool but not cold evening, so we took the room. They gave it to us for free, which I thought was a good response to the situation. We actually heated it by turning on the electric oven. The room is somewhat shabby. A folding door fell off of a closet as we opened it. There was only one coffee mug in the room. It just feels kind of old and worn out. Very spacious room, though. Also, the "fireplace" has a hookup for a gas log, but there's nothing in there at all.

Hotel was right off of 90 and easy to find. The suite gave us and our dog a little more space to move around than the average hotel room. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My dog enjoyed walking around the property at night and sniffing along the sidewalks that abut the property. We would stay here again.

Comfortable suite that is perfect for your pup, surrounded by grass and woods right outside your front door that is great for dog-walking. Even though the Sonesta is a very short distance off I-90, there are no nearby huge trucks (that tend to terrify some dogs), the units are set back off quiet streets. It was an ideal stop on our long road trip and the manager could not have been nicer. We will definitely be back!

Overall we had a nice stay. The other guests were a little loud and my dog is sensitive to sound, but the room was very nice!
