Southern Elegance Estate
Have it all! The Southern Elegance Estate is a beautiful historic 4 bedroom home and 1 bedroom carriage house located in the Savannah Historic District. It has it's own private courtyard with pool, outdoor fireplace and is close to renowned Forsyth Park. It has been professionally updated, designed and decorated and has everything you need to make your stay in Savannah one to remember.
Spacious & Fabulous: The first floor of the main home includes two separate living areas: a lovely front parlor, as well as a sitting room in the back of the home with television. The formal dining room can seat 14 comfortably. And the well-equipped gourmet kitchen includes a butler's pantry, wine refrigerators, ice maker, two dishwashers, and more. There's also a lovely half bath on the first floor.
The second floor includes three bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom has a historic mantle with non-working fireplace. The master bath includes a claw-footed tub and a separate oversized shower with two shower heads. There is also a porch off the master bath. The second bath includes a tub with shower. The third floor is its own suite – including a king-sized bed, living area, wet bar, and full bath.
The Carriage House has a living area, kitchen, bedroom, full bath and laundry.
Outdoor Living: Southern Elegance also stands out in terms of what it offers for outdoor living. It has a cozy, Savannah-style front porch with its own Live Oak & Spanish Moss view, a screened-in side porch, and to top it off, a courtyard with a saltwater pool, palm trees, and outdoor fireplace.
Southern Elegance is steps away from one of Savannah's best-rated coffee shops and bakeries and a short walk to the grocery store for all your last-minute needs.
Parking: Southern Elegance includes a two-car garage. There is also usually plenty of parking available right in front of the house.

If you can't decide where to visit first when you come in, this property's Forsyth Park location should help make the decision easier. Forsyth Park is a huge and gorgeous green space with several walking trails, gardens, picnic spots and playgrounds. If you have any movie buffs in your party, then you won't want to miss visiting the Historic Savannah Theatre. This is the oldest theatre in the United States that has been in continuous operation since 1818. The theatre is located in Chippewa Square and hosts various shows every night. However, it has another item of interest for movie buffs. The bench just outside the theatre was the same bench famously portrayed in the Forrest Gump movie. Another great spot for movie buffs is the Mercer-Williams House and Museum. This house was the site of many scenes from the Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil movie. You can also tour the house and grounds, which is still owned by the original family.
Savannah is packed with historic sites and buildings on nearly every corner. One such place is the Wormsloe Historic Site. This site includes the oldest Savannah structure currently still standing, which is a colonial estate. There's a museum on-site as well, plus plenty of photo opportunities on the grounds. If you're looking for that picture-perfect Deep South photo with mossy oaks draped over a beautiful, sun-dappled lane, this is the place to get it. The Wormsloe Historic Site also hosts various events with reenactors throughout the year as well as guided tours.
Another popular trip for guests staying at our Savannah vacation rentals is Tybee Island. The island is an excellent choice for a day trip as it can easily be explored in one day. The main sightseeing spots include the Tybee Island Lighthouse, the Marine Science Center and the beaches. If you're feeling more adventurous, you can also take a charter out on the Atlantic either for fishing or for dolphin-watching.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
