Fishing, hiking and golfing activities are popular in the area. The Willamette and the McKenzie Rivers join together nearby and provide some of the best river experiences in the world. Skiing and other winter activities are less than one hour away in season. We serve a continental breakfast every morning to help our guests get a fast start on their busy day. Parking is always free and tour bus parking is available with advance notice.

      Needs updating

      This is an extremely old place, probably from the 1960s, and some items are badly in need of a facelift. Our room was clean, but the coating was peeling of the tub, with rust built up. Some of the lamps and outlets did not work. The floor was new, but uneven, typical of an older place. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with hard boiled eggs, and good quality yogurt, to supplement the granola bars and packaged pastries. The location is excellent, right downtown and close to the University. Whole Foods market across the street, several places to eat nearby, and easy transportation on foot, bicycle, bus, or car. There are several small grassy areas, but the neighbors is great for dog walking, and a nice big park about a mile away

      Great location

      Very dog friendly. Slightly noisy and dated hotel with great location. Whole Foods just across the street.
