Four-legged guests receive treat bags and water bowls at check-in. Though there is no grassy area on site, some can be found about three blocks away. Sorry, cats are not permitted.       Love this hotel - so did my dog

      We stayed on New Year's Eve and had a great experience at this beautiful hotel. From the minute you check in, the Benson strives to fawn all over you and your pet. I loved that they had a little doggie gift back for my dog, and all of the staff go out of the way to greet and pet the dog. Will definitely come back, highly recommend.

      Great location and service

      There is a pet fee, but service is great. They have a little pet bag with treats, doggie bags, and a toy. The staff were very friendly and gave treats to Dixie dog, which she loved.

      They even give you doggie toy and treat bags!

      This hotel was very welcoming of our golden retrievers and had doggie bags full of goodies and toys. The cleaning fee is very reasonable and not charged per per.

      Good experience

      Very accommodating and friendly staff. Welcome bag with treats and a toy. Only $20 extra for our entire stay. Stairs are very slick so make sure your dog can tolerate the elevator or you can carry him/her up the stairs. Thanks.

      Puppy Palace!

      Our family and new puppy were treated like royalty! Lots of warm greetings in the lobby, wonderful room, treat bag and VERY special accommodations for our Easter dinner. Our puppy is snoozing im the plush bed they provided along with a special water bowl. Loved it!!
