  Clean. Polite staff. Green grassy loop around the hotel for doggie walks. Easy breakfast for the out-the-door traveler. Just what we needed.

  My Go-To In The Area

  I am from the area, but only recently needed mini-getaways from home, and I am an emotional support human to my mini-poodle, so where can I go? HERE! The prices aren't bad, the rooms are clean, and they are very pet friendly. I once saw someone taking up a birdcage in the elevator. This is the only place I stay and both I and Benji are quite satisfied.

  Very Good for Dogs

  We were very happy to find a dog friendly hotel close to relatives. The hotel was decent but not exceptional. Clean and sanitary. Allentown is not a vacation destination so that takes some of the excitement out of the stay. The one issue we had was the hard water in the shower. Both of us felt like our skin was extremely dry after showering. It made us appreciate our local water all the more. We would definitely stay here again, but shower less.

  Nice room and grounds

  Convenient roadtrip stop, clean spacious room with bright window, lots of green space and adjacent to office/corporate parks (nice on weekends since they are vacated), nearby restaurants. Only setback was that the side doors are emergency exit only and no entry, so dogs have to come and go through the halls and main lobby every time.

  A pleasant overnight

  We were pleasantly surprised by the Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West, a nice enough hotel chain that was selected because we were visiting a nearby family member on short notice. BringFido confirmed the availability of a pet friendly room, and no restrictions on having our two dogs with us. Check-in was a breeze, and our two additions didn't raise an eyebrow at the desk. The evening receptionist was friendly and efficient.

  The beds were comfy (our dogs sleep on their own dog beds), TV was good, and a small refrigerator and microwave made it easy to heat up a couple of snacks and chill our travel items that needed to be cold. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good - coffee, juice, waffles, bagels, toast, eggs, hash browns, cereal, yogurt, fruit - and, while not extraordinary, was more than adequate to start the day. All in all, a good value for a nice accommodation and very good service.

  Very comfortable & clean

  We liked everything about this hotel. The grounds were clean, with plenty of grassy spots & dog poo bag available. Our room was very nice, with a comfy bed and large, clean bathroom. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast included too! We will definitely stay here again!

  My pup and I were able to secure a room within minutes of arrival. The staff were all kind and loving to a road weary dog.

  Super Place

  We have stayed here at this location for several years now when we travel to Allentown. Rooms are clean, staff very nice (many are dog lovers) with one of the best places to walk your dogs, lots of grass and the bag dispensers are always full (thank you!). Reasonable dog fees; we stay three or four days so this matters! Breakfasts and other offerings (off menu) are well presented in a nice, cheerful area.

  Lots of grassy area to walk dog and dog park nearby. Easy check in. Full breakfast with lots of choices. Rooms quiet despite being at a very busy intersection. Hotel staff friendly. Bed comfortable and lots of pillows.

  Great location, visit with family in the area

  First time at this hotel…was clean and comfortable, nice staff, great breakfast..lots of choices…could eat on patio with our dog. Will definitely stay here again! And…there’s an off leash dog park about 2 miles away that we have visited on several occasions when we’ve been in the area. Also lots of restaurants in area, pharmacy, grocery store..very close to the major roads

  Great location, door key mishaps

  The place was great for dogs - set in a corporate park perfect for a long walk after a car ride. However, my room had card keys that continually refused to work. Had my daughter not been in the room with me, I would have been locked out numerous times with my dog. Comfortable otherwise, although the beds could use updating.

  Wonderful!

  Stayed there one night with our standard poodle and our winterized travel trailer. The staff was very accommodating to both our needs. Very clean, comfortable bed, and standard breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

  Served the purpose

  Served our purpose for a one night stay. Would have preferred a first floor room since our 55lb dog was petrified of getting in the elevator. Otherwise clean and convenient location.

  terrible stay. No water pressure, terrible beds, nothing worked ("business center", etc), cleaning agent/detergent used was so strong I couldn't breathe. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! This deserves one star, but they do allow pets, so I give them 2.

  Close to highway

  The hotel was close to the highway and had plenty of grass to walk dog. The room was not clean and the carpet was super stained. Dogs were out in the hallway periodically between 9:30pm and 12:30am barking which got our dog agitated and she started barking. Rooms run down, hot water almost non existant. Not expensive but not t worth the money.

  Review

  The accommodations were wonderful and the staff was very helpful. However, there was a problem with my bill at checkout. as someone else's bar bill ended up on my room account. they also tried to charge for my room when I had prepaid through BringFido. It took about four days before the problem was cleared up.

  We stay at a lot of places as we travel around with our show dog. Many of them are less than wonderful. This place is super clean, spacious, has lots of green walking space for the pups, and an actually decent free breakfast. The desk and cleaning staff are welcoming and friendly. Recommended without reservation.
