Clean, good location. Staff were welcoming of us and our large dog. Good size relief area, and good breakfast too.

We arrived at the Hotel late after a long day of traveling. I checked in only to find the room I reserved was unavailable. The lady at the front desk said I or BringFido did something wrong even though I had a printed copy of the reservation. I received no discount for a lesser room and at that point I was too tired to argues anymore. DON’T STAY HERE!

I am fine with a reasonable pet fee, even though my dog is not destructive, aggressive or noisy, but $30 per night pet fee is insane. Kids are infinitely more destructive and disruptive to other guests than most dogs. This is exploitation of dog owners. If they really think that dogs are going to be that much of a problem they should ask for a bigger deposit, not charge more for every dog that stays with them.

was a success thanks to this place. Upon checking in the lady at the front desk was very polite. None of the staff seemed bothered at all by my having q pet. The grassy area is really nice and spacious. I wish it were fenced in but it was large enough from Bruce to roam and run around. I like that we were on the first floor there was a side door that led straight to the dog walking area. It was a really nice stay, I would absolutely return.

From the moment we arrived, the woman at the front desk made us very uncomfortable. She said if my dog barks, I would have to pay for the complaining guests room. The rest was just a headache. We were on the first floor near the kitchen. Obviously, if my dog hears a noise he's going to bark. We stepped outside to smoke and she was already calling saying she had a complaint. The rest of my two days there I felt captive, afraid to leave the room. If you have a dog that doesn't bark, the room and the hotel is okay. It was just that one lady, every time she was on shift. I think she doesn't like dogs. Ruined my whole vacation.
