      Poorly Managed

      Gorgeous new property being poorly managed. There was a 1” dead roach outside our room door all 4 days we were here and even when we pointed out to housekeeping they didn’t clean it up. The toilet was broken for 12 hours and staff wouldn’t do anything about it. The second floor ocean views are just of palm tree tops. The fire alarm went off 5 times at 4am on our last day there. All in all it is a dog friendly property and beautiful but very disappointing for the price you’ll pay. Dog fee is high too.

      Great Hotel

      Not only did we enjoy our stay but our 2 dogs (a mini dachshund and a chihuahua) enjoyed it too. Lots of places to walk your dog including the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is beautiful and not overcrowded. We will stay again.
