This hotel was first of all hard to find because the sign says Quality Inn, not Days Inn as the website depicts. We had to call the booking phone number again to get that straight. Check in was slow because other visitors were having trouble with their keys not working. We were given keys to a room at the end of a very long hall. The room had a very strong cat urine smell. So back down the long hall to report the problem. I didn't see any luggage carts about. We were given a key to another room across from the smelly room. After a another very long trek with our luggage we discovered the room had a musty damp smell and we saw mildew on the wall near the ceiling. We told the desk clerk. He said nothing and my husband was to too tired to move things again. The only good thing here was the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom had some of that bad urine smell from across the hall. Many rooms had doors open in that wing and we suspect they being aired out. Breakfast was not good. What looked like eggs was cold and inedible. There was no microwave to warm food. No toast, just muffins and bagels. The front desk clerk in the morning was not sympathetic to my remark of a musty mildewed room. We couldn't wait to leave.
