We got an email saying the room we booked was in the wrong part of the hotel for dogs (2 papillons) and was issued a small refund. We thought uh oh, what are we in for. Turns out to be a great room and the check in and checkout were great folks. Also upon checking in, found out that there were Christmas programs going on in the streets of Gettysburg. Thank You BringFido & Quality Inn. Our stay was great.

Our stay at the Quality Inn Gettysburg was fine. The hotel was pet friendly, but no one from the hotel ever asked or cared if we had a pet. Is that good? Is that bad? I don't know - just glad we were able to bring our dog with us. Seems like they just didn't care.

People were very nice, but the room was dirty. Mold all over the bathroom. Carpet was stained with probably dog pee. If you're going to be open for pets you should have tile or laminate floors. Won't stay here again.

I’m so appreciative that the management allows large dogs to stay with their family here! I have been here twice in the last four months and have enjoyed my stay immensely! You can easily walk to town and to the battlefield. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is super nice and so helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Location could not have been better. Biggest battle of the civil war was right next door! Walking distance to everything! Rooms were spacious, dogs had plenty of space. Dairy Queen less then block away gives free pup cups with purchase :)

Liked access directly from parking lot. Room, not great for price. Was previously a smoking room, judging from burn mark on sink counter. Also, everything old, not updated, but we managed.

The staff was so friendly & accommodating. The room was a bit musty, but it was a rainy weekend. No frills, but a very pleasant complex overall, in a great location. There was even a nice little grassy spot behind the breakfast house where our puppies could stretch their legs.

Our room (132) was right next to a field so this made walking and toileting our dog super easy! The rooms are older but very clean, exceptionally friendly staff, and the hotel is right across the street from Appalachian Brewing Company which is such a great, dog friendly restaurant! It was a win, win mini vacation for us and our dog!

I have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here when visiting Gettysburg. The staff has always been friendly, the rooms are always clean and you are so close to everything. A very short walk to the dog walk area and the battlefield. Right across the street is a nice brewery that allows dogs at the outdoor dining area. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Gettysburg. Even if you’re not traveling with your pet.

Room 136 a/c sounded like a jet engine all night. Within 10 minutes of getting in the room I noticed a flea on my white socks.

Pleasant and very conveniently located -- close to the Gettysburg military cemetery, museums and monuments, and a leisurely walk to the historic center. There is a big, grassy field next door for doggo walks. For $10 extra we got a ground floor room with exterior access and designated parking spot, which was well worth it. Room smelled a tiny bit stale but was clean. For COVID safety, breakfast in the lobby was self-service -- all all pre-packaged items (biscuits, muffins, etc.), which was a nice touch. Pool looks nice though we didn't use it.

This was a great place for seeing the sites. We could walk to dog friendly restaurants and attractions. The pool was great, staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. It smelled slightly musty and could use a little updating, but we had a great time and so did our dachshund!

the hotel was comfortable and rooms very nice with comfortable beds. the location was awesome, right next to the battlefield so you could walk drive or ride a bike and start as soon as you got to the sidewalk. I'll be back to this hotel, 1 day and a half is not enough to see everything. As for my Cruiser he had zero problems and loved walking on the paths of the battlefield. the hotel is very dog friendly as is the whole area.

The room smelled absolutely disgusting...like a combination of cigarette smoke, marijuana, and urine. So bad, in fact, that it cancelled out any good about the place.

Stayed here with my two pups, one big, one small. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff, did space for bathroom breaks. Great restaurants and a brewery across the street. Eggs and sausage for breakfast and the pups got some too. Great for what it is. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room overlooked the Battlefield. Brewery across the street that is also dog friendly. Rooms aren't updated or have anything extra, but didn't bother us for the price and convenience of the location.
