Was greeted poorly at check-in. Was given an indoor poolside room loud and boisterous until 10pm. Was charged an extra $40 in case I wanted to use the bar? Do not stay here. Very poor service.

Rolled into Harrisburg late and the staff at the hotel was fast, friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine. Bed was fine. Lots of grassy areas for the dog, including a place where I sat outside with my cup-o-soup from the hotel while the dog sniffed around. Would stay again and recommend.

What a beautiful hotel! Dog-friendly, king bed, and restaurant on-site are our key requirements for traveling with our pup! And I couldn't agree more with all of the previous 5-bone reviews. Easy to access, clean rooms and comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, and plenty of grassy areas for the dog. Will stay here again!

This is a great place to stay - I can see why its ratings are high. The rooms were newly remodeled with fresh fittings and a comfortable bed. Excellent lighting. The lobby has a lot of charm. The onsite pub may not have the healthiest food, but it is scratch made and tasty. Their Irish pot roast was the winner. It is close to the highway, but safe and quiet. Nice staff. Plenty of parking. Lots of grass to walk your dog around until they attend to their business. I wouldn’t want to pay a fortune for it, but this is a place I’d happily stay at again. It was full of booking.

We stayed here on long drive back to New England from Florida. Needed a spot with a restaurant on site, is dog friendly, and has a safe parking lot, as we were towing a trailer and this hotel checked all the boxes and more. Location is not far off the highway but tucked off main drag with a large well lit parking lot. Staff was super friendly. We arrived just as restaurant was closing and they were kind enough to take our order and we took the food to our room. Food was excellent. We had our two Goldens with us and we’re given a first floor room at the end of hallway - an east in and out and there is tons of green space here for dog walking and business. The rooms are good size and the dogs could easily move around. The whole hotel was quite nice and beat our expectations. We would definitely stay here in future and recommend to anyone traveling with your pets.

The hotel is in a great location. Claude was extremely helpful upon check in and we stayed in a newly renovated room. The green space is large and the hotel provides bags and a disposal bin but it’s a shame that not all pet owners pick up after their pets. The Best Western is a great stop and we will certainly be there again.

After a 13 hour travel day, the Best Western Premiere in Harrisburg was the perfect stop. Newly renovated rooms by Entrance 4 were beautiful, clean and quiet. Mattresses were very comfortable and having the onsite pub for takeout dinner was very convenient and food was good. Nice grassy area to exercise the pups was handy too. Would stay here again!

We had never stayed at this hotel, but we found it on BringFido. It had received a lot of good reviews, so we took a chance on it. We were not disappointed. When you walk in the front door, the three story lobby is very impressive. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom, while small, was clean, the beds were great, no breakfast included but the restaurant onsite was a real plus for us. We ordered takeout for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. They have a large grassy field for dogs, and one of the best things for us was how well the walls were sound insulated. Our dog has a tendency to bark if she hears noises and the room was very quiet. They let us know that they were in the midst of a renovation project, but we would never have known it, as it appears it is being done in a way to minimize any disturbance to guests. We liked it so much that we decided to stay there on our return trip to NC, and once again, we had a great stay.

The facility is excellent with a great grassy field for dog walking. Check-in was a breeze and the on-site restaurant, O’Reilly’s, was a big pleasant surprise. The food was much better than one would expect. I may have had the best wings I’ve ever had there. The only little thing is that they didn’t have early morning coffee and the restaurant doesn’t start breakfast until 7:00. They should really consider having a carafe of coffee for early departures. It’s the kind of touch a good hotel/motel should have. But that won’t keep me from coming back.

This hotel welcomed us warmly and our stay was without incident. Our room was a little tired looking, but adequate.

Pet friendly, employees were all so helpful, no grass for pets to go potty, other then that I’d stay there again.

I like Best Westerns. I just travelled across the US and the Best Westerns I stayed at were clean, comfortable, and I always felt safe. This one was nicely appointed with an Irish Pub so you don't have to drive anywhere for food. They gave my dog a treat. There were grassy areas for pet relief with bags provided. We were given a first floor room. My only complaint is that I could hear the traffic on the highway all night. I needed to put ear plugs in to sleep.
