      Unfriendly staff

      The room was not very clean and the carpet in the hallway was stained and nasty. Not once did anyone acknowledge us until we spoke to them. There was a noise complaint on my dog which is the truth but the way it was handled was unprofessional. The gentleman did not pull me out of the breakfast room. Instead, he stood in the doorway and talked to me with a table in between us and with everyone to hear. And made certain comments that did not sit well with me. I will not be staying here again.

      Met the need

      Friendly staff, convenient location off highway, no problems having my 80 lb black lab stay with me.

      Good experience, nice staff

      Asked for room away from doors...got put on third floor. Dog was scared of narrow elevator, plenty of grass outside though for bathroom breaks. Rooms have vinyl flooring.
