  Pet friendly!

  They were very welcoming to our 2 large dogs, our rooms were clean and didn’t smell like dogs. We made reservations for 3 but when we got in (late - about 10pm) just wanting to shower and head to bed, we realized we were only left one towel and 2 wash clothes. A trip to the front desk and the friendly staff had 2 more towels sent up correcting the situation. The missing towels and delay in showering (and bed) is only reason I gave 4 bones, if I could’ve I’d have only taken half a bone. They really are friendly to humans and their fur-babies!

  Convenient location

  Although the hotel is located near Providence and not too far from access to the ocean, our stay was a bit disappointing. Our room was adjacent to the pool. Because there wasn't much insulation, we could hear every screech and feel the reverberations of every "bombs away" dive into the pool. Additionally, no water glasses were provided and housekeeping isn't offered unless you specifically request it. Room was basically bare-bones with outdoor carpeting. The latter I get because the property is worried about pet accidents, but the texture wasn't kind to bare feet.

  Great visit!

  The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious with enough floor space to play fetch. There is green walking area surrounding the hotel that was a nice walk for my little pup. Not huge but definitely adequate. Will stay again for sure!

  Almost 5 bones!!

  So - we were very happy we found place that allowed our girl to come and it was reassuring you helped in guaranteeing it! However - when we got there the receptionist/front desk person had a negative look o b.v his face and his first words were "oh is your dog big? " "we just redid the hotel and really need you to be careful ! He sounded so negative that I had to say "you do accept dogs right? " on our check out I felt I had to offer him the choice to check our room for damages in case he really thought my dog caused any - which ofcourse she did NOT. Other than this putting ng sour taste on our stay, facility was nice. Area around hotel for dogs was really good and well maintained. Breakfast was good treat. Area was very clean and food tasted fresh.
