Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Many choices for restaurants. Definitely staying on my fav list for this road trip. Didn’t charge extra for my dog :)

This hotel might be the best in the area! the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and very nice to my dog. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was VERY good, and the hotel is in an area with a good bit of walking space, and sidewalks leading to even more grassy areas (and waste bags are provided). Overall great stay!

Room was a nice size. Great location to many restaurants and right off 85. Whole hotel was freshly painted. The room itself was clean, however, the couch and chair were awful. We requested an extra blanket to cover the couch so we could sit on it. Had internet problems signing in every single time, and was given an 888 number to call for problems as the front desk didn't know what to do. Gave up when the IT person asked for access into my computer! I don't think so! Also was greeted by a good size 8 legged fellow who the front desk sent a maintenance person to get as it was on the ceiling and we couldn't reach it. Will pass next time.

Nice place but when you arrive late at 1:00am in the morning, after informing of a late arrival, the employee checking us in did not know how to process the transaction via BringFido so it took 20 minutes to check in.

March 2019: stayed one night.
To note: no treats handed out this time...not sure if that’s all the time or just for now. Lobby is getting renovated.
Good: staff was friendly and no issues with my dog coming in: poop bags are outside for use. Breakfast was hot and lots of choices to eat. Dogs are allowed to stay in crates in the rooms unattended but are not allowed in the breakfast area. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. All in all pretty good for a short stay.
