The Carolina Lodge is conveniently located right off Highway 278 in the heart of Barnwell South Carolina. Our comfortable 39 room facility offers sound proof rooms with one king or two double beds. All rooms are equipped with coffeemakers microwave fridge high speed DSL Internet iron/ironing board and 25 inch remote color television. Receive a complimentary continental breakfast and the coffee is always hot and fresh in our lobby.

Next door is a field to run dogs and across (somewhat busy) street there is a bank w large green space and a rather empty strip mall to walk dogs. Also there are sidewalks. Recommend taking hotel side NOT near the greasy smelling Huddle House. Towels very small if you need to wipe paws. Have electronic keys so dead lock doesn't work anymore which I didn't like. Sheets and comforters seemed clean and fridge was nice size and TV had good channels. Lighting tends to be on the dark side.
