Staff were very nice and accommodating. Hotel was under construction and that was not stated when reservation was made. Lobby was a war zone and outdoor parking was limited due to construction materials everywhere.

VERY nice hotel. Dog treats and poop bags for doggy "guests" upon arrival. Our room was immaculate, beds very comfortable, and room appeared to be newly renovated! Warm chocolate chip cookies for afternoon snack and a scrumptious breakfast each morning! We will definitely stay here again!!!

The staff was very friendly and polite during our stay. However, our room was not cleaned well and the bathroom was dirty and stained. The shower filled with water when used and did not drain. There was a leak in the ceiling above the bathroom sink (I informed the staff when we noticed it and I would hope this is fixed before another guest stays there). The towels were dirty and stained one had makeup/lipstick on it. The A/C unit did not work well it did not move much air and sounded like it was about to quit at any moment. Will not stay here again.

Best Comfort Inn ever. Other dogs were there but we never encountered them, especially on the elevator. Great areas for exercise and for dogs to do their business.

The staff was friendly and fast. The girl at the counter was so fast she wasn't willing to explain much. Just "sign and here's your key". Oh and there was a dead roach in our room. So not a very clean feeling place. I wouldn't choose them again.

Wonderfully clean rooms. Nice and quiet. Only wish that the outdoor smoking area was in a different place. It's right outside the hallway door so the smoke smell wafts down the hall and into the room. Wasn't an issue when I stayed here a few months ago, but this time it was. No reason the smoking area couldn't be located in the grassy area across the parking lot. Just a suggestion. Otherwise it was a great stay and is definitely my first choice in Clemson.
