    Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbia Greystone welcomes two pets up to 65 lbs in designated rooms for an additional fee of $75 (for stays of 1 to 4 nights) and $125 (for longer stays). All pet-friendly rooms are located on the fourth floor. Both dogs and cats are allowed. Well-behaved pets may be left unattended in the guest rooms, but they must be crated for housekeeping services. Treats are available at the front desk. There are grassy relief areas with waste stations on the property.       Glad they accepted pets, but...

      Let me start by saying our stay was over $400 per night with the pet fee. And for that amount of money we shouldn’t have to deal with a sink that was backed up the entire weekend and the lack of towels or extra pillows. First night we sent wash cloths and towels for fresh towels and they were out of fresh linens. I understand it was a busy weekend but if they’re going to charge due to a busy weekend they should be prepared for it. Last time we stayed at this location a bunch of kids pulled a prank and pulled the fire alarm and the hotel was evacuated in the middle of the night. This space is becoming just problematic. It used to be a lovely place to stay.

      $100 pet fee?

      They tried to charge a $100 non-refundable pet fee....which is more than we paid for the room. Totally not worth it.

      Located right off the highway

      Hotel is an oldie but goodie. First room smelled of cat pee, but they willingly moved us. 2nd room was worn but clean. Restaurant not great but others in the area. Staff was very pleasant and helpful
