The renovated room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The back patio was a great place to eat and relax outdoors with puppy. Note: our dog is very skittish about the shiny marble floors but he managed with encouragement.

They didn’t have our reservation even though I had the email from BringFido. The front desk person was less than helpful. I had to call customer service at Fido and she was very helpful. But after driving 10 hrs with dogs, all we wanted to do was check in and go to bed. And there wasn’t a dog treat or a continental breakfast to be seen.

Fairfield Inn and Suites is right off I-77 in the northern part of Columbia, SC. Extremely easy access with expansive green space to walk your dog. The staff is friendly and welcoming to the doggies! Good value as well.

Lots of area to walk dogs. Overpriced pet fee! Rude front desk staff! No 24 hr coffee. Only "to go" breakfast. Not at all what is expected at a Marriott affiliate hotel. Very disappointing!

I am on the road a lot with my current job and it can be hard to find a nice hotel that accepts pets, the fee is pricey but worth it if you ask me, they even provided a complimentary goody bag for my dog
