First off, they are obviously pet friendly. There is decent green space outside. It's also near major shopping and food for Mom and Dad. The hotel itself offers a free dinner and drinks every day at 5:30, so if you don't want to go out, you don't have to..
The hotel was excellent and in a great location! Clean and welcoming to our fur baby, and our stay included breakfast and cocktail hour eats. Jackie at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend for you and your furry companions!
The hotel itself was clean and the provided breakfast was good. They were several dogs staying there. My reason for the low rating is due to the poor COVID precautions. Most people in lobby and using elevators did not have masks on. The staff did not try to enforce the order that masks must be worn. I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. Would wait multiple rounds to finally grab an empty elevator.
Hotel and room was nice and clean. Offered free breakfast, as well as popcorn throughout the day and free food between 5:30-7:00 pm everyday. The only drawback was if you stay with a pet you cannot leave it alone in the room - even if you crated it. I was told this at checkin. I will not be staying at the Drury Inn again.
We stayed here twice this trip, and we were knocked out by the quality of everything we encountered: the rooms, the common areas, the 5:30 p.m. cocktail hour with three free drinks and plenty of nibbles and the hot breakfasts included in the room price; the staff friendliness and last but not least, plenty of areas to walk the dogs. This chain is now high on our list for future stays.
Too many times traveling, we end up saying "well, they did take dogs and kids, so..." This was not one of the times ! We traveled with 2 small dogs and 3 grandkids and the spaciousness of the 2 queen suite alone was worth 5 stars, but the cleanliness, hot breakfast, and 5:30 kickback and last but not least friendly staff pushed this place off the charts. This was our first time staying at a Drury, but definitely not the last !
