Our refrigerator did not work. Not a big problem, we had a cooler with us.

They placed us in a room that had an adjoining room to our room with just a thin door separating and the walls were very thin. Could hear the people on cell phones, coughing. Would not stay there again. Refrigerator/freezer compartment dirty. The front desk people were polite.

Would definitely stay again -- the outside is tidy but not much to look at (it's in an industrial park area), but the grounds and the room were very clean, comfy bed (wonderful sheets!), and friendly/accommodating staff. And there is a Trader Joe's right across the street!

The room was clean, the bed comfortable enough, and the host checking us in was super friendly and nice to our fur-baby, but the outside of the hotel could use some cleaning up. They offer a dog walk area but it is small and at the far end of the hotel where the dumpsters are, so there was trash scattered where you're supposed to walk your dog. Also, you could tell that other pet owners weren't bothering to walk all the way down to the dog walk area because some pets had relieved themselves in the parking lot (and while I don't blame the hotel for irresponsible pet owners not picking up after their dogs, it's just an observation of what can happen if the pet amenities/waste stations are too far to get to). We ended up driving our dog to a nearby mall parking lot that had a nice grassy area beside the parking lot so our dog could relieve herself and we appropriately picked up and disposed of.

It was fine for the price! Clean. Breakfast was not good, limited choices. Coffee machine broken. Front office staff was very nice!

Not as clean as it could have been. We had trouble getting hot water out to the sink tap and the bathtub faucet leaked water onto the floor. The dog walk was quite a distance from the pet friendly rooms. If there are other properties available I would choose them first.

We were so grateful.to stay at this hotel after evacuating due to a hurricanes
It was clean and perfect for our needs. The hotel staff was very friendly. The dogs enjoyed it too. We would definitely stay here again.
