When we arrived we were told we were on the fourth floor despite request made for first floor at least 10 days prior. My 11 year old lab is terrified of elevators!! I requested at least to be given a second floor room!! Four flights of stairs was not workable for either my dog or my husband and I. I was told to come back in a half hour to see if a second floor room was available. It was. We then found out that their end of hall exits were not functioning which meant having to go through the lobby for each walk as well as doing stairs. While the room was nice, it was not nice enough to offset the inconveniences. We will not be staying there again.

Just a quick overnight while traveling. It was definitely adequate for that. Clean and comfortable. You can tell it’s had a 75% bandaid remodel but since we were there for less than 24hrs, it was good and the price was good. Safe and easy on/off to Rt. 81. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again. Oh, and our dog was welcomed and happy.

On the surface it seemed really new and clean, but the room was dated and not super clean. Aso, every ice machine was out of order and there were no vending machines.

Unfortunately I have to say that the property is very old and dirty, with a notice in the room saying they have no staff available to service your room. And the breakfast is pretty unappetizing as well. Good price but sometimes you get what you pay for.

The room was very nice and it was quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and hot. There is many restaurants on that exit also for other meals. We would stay again.

Since we were heading south this location was very good to be beyond the morning rush for Charlotte. The bed was a little saggy. We prefer a firmer mattress. Staff was very friendly!

I was so grateful to be able to bring my travel buddies with me and stay in a nice clean room. So smart to put the top sheet on top of the blanket. Once I realized this I allowed them to sleep on the king bed with me. I will always be booking my hotel stays with you in the future. Thank you so much for this privilege. It was greatly appreciated. I loved seeing families with their pets instead of boarding them while they vacationed. Happy dogs, happy family! Happy New Year!🎈🎆🎊

Super easy to find, super clean, super kind & thoughtful staff (they made sure we were in the room closest to the door to the grassy area!). We will be staying here on our way back home, if at all possible!

Not impresses. Fine for our two pooches but not for the humans. Roaches were in bathroom, toilet leaked from the base, the AC leaked and it smelled like mold.
