Reservation was made for two queens on the first floor. When I made the reservation I was informed dog friendly rooms where only on the first floor. However, they booked us on the 4th floor without dogs. Fortunately, they allowed us to stay on the fourth floor. If I wasn't tired from driving I would have found another place to stay. The receptionist on duty when I arrived was not the one the that made the error. She also stated that only king size beds were available on the first floor and two queens are not available. The receptionist did her best to accommodate us.

Smelled of weed SO bad. I would have left immediately after arriving had there been anywhere else available. We checked in early evening and by 8pm the smell of weed completely took over the entire building. EARLY (before 7am) we woke to the sound of very loud music and church services being held in a room just off the main lobby. Front Desk staff was either non existent or asleep in a side room as several guests tried to check out. Very loud housekeeping crew yelling up and down halls and playing loud music. I’d rather sleep in my car.

My room smelled bad but since I was traveling with a dog and got a dog room I overlooked it. Then the next night I saw not just one or two but multiple cockroaches on my bedside table. I packed and moved to the Home2 Suites across the street. Also, they have a dog station around the back but they did not have any bags; needless to say there’s a lot of dog poop on the grass so step carefully.

Overall this hotel was ok. However, people with dogs where on the end of the hall where the cleaning carts where kept during the night. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Nothing wrong but nothing spectacular. Room was clean and comfortable, good area to walk dog, although right beside I-26 so noise scared my pup. I would stay again

Hotel was filled with construction workers and the rooms smelled a little. The staff was super nice though. We stayed st Sure Stay in Manning the week prior and like it there much better, smelled better and you could park right at your room.

Pros: Staff friendly, room on first floor, so it was easy to take dog out, breakfast was enough to get you up and going (breakfast sandwiches that we warmed in the room’s microwave, yogurt, and full bottles of water, bed comfortable. Cons: No towel racks other than over the toilet, floor in bathroom was sticky, wear and tear visible in bathroom, and small tv.

They were very accommodating for Bella. It's her first time in a hotel and she was very uncertain at first. They helped with her and were very understanding. Also the rooms are very clean.
