Room was great, but even better was the fact of how friendly and supportive the staff was when we lost my cat. I was a nervous wreck but everyone went out of their way to help us and the manger even hugged me in comfort after my cat was located. I will never forget the kindness of these people!

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. No restrictions on pet size and only a $25 pet fee. And you can leave your pet alone in the room for short periods of time, which most hotels don’t allow. Bowl of biscuits at the front desk to greet you and your dog. My Great Dane, Clara, was very happy!

It was fine. Smell of pot in the elevators, and right outside the front door. The staff, bartender very nice. Breakfast was nice and again staff was great.

Hotel was clean and close to everything.

When we arrived there was a man at the main entrance clearly on something. There was an altercation between him and his supplier, the police came, we didn’t feel safe in that area after dark. The hotel management was nice and let us cancel our 2nd night. We stayed on the other side of the interstate and it was a much more comfortable experience the 2nd night. Hopefully Summerville can clean up that area. It’s a shame for the businesses there.

The staff was very nice, there were some small grassy areas for the dogs. Dog treats at the front desk. Breakfast was very good and there is a cozy bar on site with well priced drinks. Took off one bone for all of the dog waste stations being out of bags.
