      Noise outside, unruly guests

      Very noisy. Guests scream outside of the hotel. Need to clean the grassy area outside of the hotel. Rooms are okay. Must make sure guests are ok.

      Friendly and clean

      Good front desk service at check in. Room was comfortable, and had a newish efficiency remodel. Could use dishes and silverware and a couple of pots and pans. My dog was happy. Floor is hard, no carpet, yay!
