We arrived late at night with sleeping kids, only to find white powder all over the bathroom sink and floor. They moved us to another room with a broken toilet seat that had to switched out as we were trying to move our kids, cat and things. They had to notify the authorities and have an officer come out and verify that the substance wasn’t dangerous to us or our pet. The new room was also not cleaned as our toddler found a dirty heart pillow and lighter (!) under the bed. The next morning the office staff had no idea anything happened the night before and offered a dismal apology while saying that we don’t get a “prize” for our inconveniences. We weren’t able to get to bed until about 3am with everything that happened. Avoid this place at all costs.
