  Great place

  Very dog friendly. Free water and ice. Staff was very friendly. We weren't sure how to use all the smart blinds but we made it through.

  Great Hotel

  Hotel was very nice, clean, and accommodating! Complimentary dog treats at the desk. We were also able to enjoy live music and cocktails in the lobby.

  Excellent service, room, and location

  This was an all around great experience. So many pets there. It was clear the staff were all dog fans! Will definitely stay again! Room was clean and easy access to go outside.

  Great choice in general

  Well maintained hotel in a convenient area with lots of nearby dining options. Disappointing the bar was closed on NYE with what seemed to be a good occupancy rate (I booked because the site advertised the social atmosphere of the lobby). I paid extra for the breakfast option (prepackaged muffins, Nutra-grain bars, apples and oranges) also disappointing since I paid more than I would have for these items I travel with. The elevators always seemed congested and the stairwell exit doors didn’t have a key card re-entry which made it a bit challenging with my excitable dogs. Loved the room layout and appointments, really liked they gave you a hang tag for the door indicating you had a pet. Pre-packaged bags of ice were also handy! Mixed review but I’d give it another try.

  Wonderful spot for dogs. It was great to see the BIG number of canine guests about the property, warmed my heart! The staff - Justin on front desk - was very accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to relief areas were a plus!

  Awesome experience!

  The hotel was wonderful for our overnight stay. The staff was super friendly and treated our pups like queens. They even had a little dog goody bag for them! Highly recommend this hotel.

  Good location

  Had a small but nice grassy area across from the entry door with a doggie bag station and a bench for the dogs. As others mentioned, there are no rooms on the first floor, so an elevator ride is required. In addition, human breakfast options are not complimentary (although they are reasonably priced) and are pretty weird. (Think appetizers meet breakfast. Example: fries with eggs on top.)

  Nice rooms but need to update their website

  We recently drove from FL to WA with our 2 pugs and stayed in 6 different hotels along the way. The Aloft had very nice rooms. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom set up was nice. The reason I’m not giving them a 5 is the area to take the dogs to go potty was very small and unfortunately not everyone cleans up. Also it was the most expensive of the 6 places we stayed and the only one that did not include breakfast. Their website currently mentions a goody bag for the pups but they weren’t given anything. The front desk staff was super friendly and overall we enjoyed our night there very much.

  Nice place, friendly staff

  This was our first stay at an Aloft. We usually stay at pet-friendly La Quinta Inns. The Aloft was definitely a tad tricky to find, but once we got there everything was pretty good. Friendly, helpful staff and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, we had been traveling all day, so we opted for order in food. If you’re going through the Nashville area this is a great place to stay with your pups.

  Beautiful hotel!

  Clean, kind, accommodating!

  My pup and I were welcomed and front desk took such great care of us. Hotel is clean and located near plenty of restaurants. Near a great walking path too.

  Not as advertised

  Staff was very friendly and welcoming to dogs but upon arrival at room there were beds or bowls as advertised. Front desk told me the beds were destroyed so they don't provide them anymore. Never did provide bowls and never heard of BringFido. Pleasant stay but would have come better prepared without the promises.

  We love this place!

  We always aim for this hotel on road trips. The hotel itself is extremely well-run and welcoming, and the surrounding woods are peaceful and beautiful. Many easy-to-walk-to restaurants that have great food and pet-friendly tables. Stay here! You won’t be sorry.

  Aloft cool springs

  The staff is Very accommodating at Aloft Cool Springs. I brought my 10 week old Labrador puppy with me on a recent stay. It’s an easy walk from the entrance doors to the Green space areas for puppies. Thank you!

  Best Dog Friendly Hotel

  Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Big, clean, and comfortable room. Super dog friendly!! Staff was so sweet with George. Love that they offer complimentary coffee and grab-and-go breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

  Not the best choice

  We’ve stayed here two times and this will be the last time. The only reason we gave it another shot is because there is no pet fee, however after this stay we will pay the fee at another place. The reasons why we do not like it is because the room is laid out horribly. The bathroom/shower butts up to the wall where the bed is, the shower wall is glass so when you turn on the bathroom light during the night it lights up the whole room waking everyone. Also the coffee pot didn’t work properly, there are no blankets in the room on the bed, But the worst is how rude the gentleman who checked us in was. He insisted that we wear a mask however the people playing pool in the lobby had NO mask. Kids and adults were running around the area with NO mask but he used the “Marriott” rule to us regarding wearing one. I will stay with Hilton. They are not rude and will not treat us like that.

  Aloft Great Brand

  Im no stranger to Aloft and in fact its the hotel chain i prefer when traveling. This location is great and one of the reasons is no Pet Fees which is something i love about Aloft as most locations do not have a pet fee. Great location and great service. AGain no Pet Fees

  We received a goody bag for our pug! He received dog treats, a dog bowl, a poop bag dispenser, and a frisbee. Staff was very welcoming to our family and pet!

  no fee and hotel staff were great and very accommodating with our pup. Area around hotel for dog walking is limited but doable.

  AS you walk in dog bowl with water and very nice dog treats! Your pooch will get a gift bag that’s fabulous and two dogs NO extra charge.

  I am posting in all my hotel reviews that a night light located in an outlet would be a perfect touch. Since the doors are heavy, a door kick to prop the door open, would also help while bringing suitcases in the room.

  Awesome Hotel For The Price!!!

  Passing through Nashville while on a long drive to vacation destination and booked this hotel for one night after seeing good reviews. Glad I did!! Called the day of (Saturday) to book and lady was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone. Easy check-in and Barry at the front desk was also extremely friendly. Room had two queen beds which was perfect for my family and was clean. Loved that we were on the first floor (which is what we were told is the pet floor) and we were right next to the exit door where our car was parked so it was easy to get our luggage in out out. Free onsight parking, no pet fee, bar, indoor pool, outdoor hang out seating area, gym, music, easy to get to off I-65, great neighborhood (we were told by a friend it is the area where the music artists stay when visiting Nashville). It was quiet and a great experience. We didn’t eat there, but did see a lot of food options (not sure if they were complimentary or if you had to pay for them). Only drawbacks were the exit door had to be propped open when exiting if we needed to enter again through that door (no scan in with card like other hotels), room did have a slight smell, but I know this can happen at any hotel so our spray air freshener took care of that, exit door slammed shut when people exited (this only happened once, but I can see this being an issue if it happened constantly and at late hours of the night). Even with the drawbacks with the overall price being under $200 it was more than I expected so 5 stars HANDS DOWN! We will stay here again!
