  No one at the desk when we arrived. Rang the bell (ding ding ding ding ding) over and over. Finally called the phone number. Harried looking desk clerk finally appeared. She was clearly the only person on duty at a time in the afternoon when lots of travelers would be arriving. The first room we were put in smelled like cigarette smoke. Ditto the second room. Finally, she offered us a room that she said they had not been making available because there was a huge, jagged hole where the bathroom doorknob was supposed to be. It didn’t smell like smoke so we took it. Avoid. Try the Rodeway Inn across the street.

  Pet Friendly but needs TLC

  The staff was great, the check-in easy but the facility is showing some wear & tear. We were in a ground floor room, so it was easy to walk the dogs, but the room needed some updating.

  We chose this place because they both took dogs and had trailer parking. Lots of other guests had dogs, and we were lucky to arrive while there was still trailer parking available. There was a large gap under the door where weather stripping should have been, it took forever to complete any interactions with staff (checking in, asking for an additional - and also threadbare, mismatched - towel.) It was convenient to have a restaurant that allows dogs in their outdoor seating area right across the street. We did not stick around for breakfast which starts at 6:30. The bathroom door had no latch and wouldn't stay closed, was visibly dirty, and had a hole in it, plus the toilet seat hinge was broken, causing it to slip from side to side off the edge of the bowl. Both of us had headaches the next morning which seemed to have been caused by the pillows. On the other hand, we paid about a quarter of what we would have in Nashville proper that weekend when all we needed was a place to sleep for the night.

  Misleading description

  I called this place on October 30, 2021 to make a reservation for November 26, 2021. I have two 175# Great Danes. I wanted to make sure that "big dogs" included giant dogs. The man that answered the phone assured me that they would take the dogs so I completed the reservation. We arrived at the Quality Inn about 9pm after driving 11 hours. Upon checking in, the desk attendant told us that they DO NOT take dogs that big. Their size limit is 35#, which is not big at all. I explained that I had called and he basically cared less and was extremely rude. So we are left at 9pm trying to find a place to stay. I DO NOT recommend this place, dogs or no dogs. I found the rudeness offensive. BringFido needs to change their advertisement for this establishment (or delete it altogether). I wouldn't even give it 1 bone but there is nothing smaller.

  Very quiet but the mould in the shower, chips and other assorted goodies on the floor and overall dirt on the walls and doors took away from the quiet nights sleeps

  Good experience!

  Front desk person was very friendly and offered recommendations on nearby restaurants. Pet fee was reasonable at $20. Small but adequate size grassy area in the back for dogs to do their business. It’s very well lit at night too. Room was clean and comfortable although AC unit was very loud. Would definitely stay there again!
