We stayed here Sunday night to Friday morning. The night staff was friendly, the morning staff a little less so, but still acceptable. When it rained we actually ended up with wet floors in both our rooms. The oddest thing ever. At first we thought someone had dumped water on the floor before we realized it had to do with the heavy rain. Rooms showed signs of past dogs clawing the doors. Guess someone failed to note no dogs to be left alone in rooms. The biggest complaint was the people wandering in and out of the hotel. The smell of weed was frequent. Not the worst place we have ever stayed, but would prefer to stay elsewhere next time.

This hotel is gross. The room was very humid. We found mold on the mattress cover and the walls. It's dirty. Not worth the money. This was the worst Red Roof we've stayed in.

Dirty and smelly. Leaky a/c didn't cool the room. Laid on my blanket on top of their gross sheets. Will NEVER stay again. The LA Quinta next door is so so much better!

One of 2 beds were broken and so was the door inbetween rooms couldn't be locked glad my neighbor didn't surprise me in the middle of the night. Also, sticky floors, tub extremely slow drain even with no plug water up to ankles, and paper thin walls could hear the baby 3 doors down crying in the am. My mistakes for picking the cheapest place in the Knoxville area, will not stay there again.

We stopped here as our cross country trip became more and more complicated and we decided we needed to stay somewhere before we had initially planned. The quality of the hotel was much nicer than we expected, and the breakfast was perfect to meet our needs. My pooch was happy and could hear the sounds of other dogs in the hotel, which made her more excited. There was ample space to take her for a walk, and it was clean, which is always something that makes me happy to find.

My husband, pup, and I actually enjoyed this hotel for the most part. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was pretty decent. Despite being located right off the highway, this hotel is convenient and very pet friendly.
