Room was clean and comfortable. Road noise and outside noise is loud in the room but we appreciate that the rooms have exterior doors so we didn’t have to bring the dog inside any lobbies/elevators. Breakfast was minimal and not replenished as items ran out but free and easy to access.

Overall it was a great experience. My only complaint was that they used either a very strongly scented product to clean the floors which lingered and drove my allergies nuts.

Had to change reservations coming back, but the FIDO team was awesome! Stayed in same room coming and going on a 2500 mile road trip. Both pups loved the grassy lot for stretching their legs, but it was a real stinker that the fridge (there and back) was warmer than the room temp! Good night's rest and good central location. Chow in the morning was good too! Will use them again.

Best Western Chaffin Inn was very clean, comfortable and convenient to gas, food and interstate. Would definitely stay here again with our 2 dogs if we travel that way again!!

Good - The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate. Bad - you can hear the interstate traffic. There are exterior doors to the rooms so it is easy to get your dog in and out. No carpet which is a plus when traveling with a dog.

I stopped in at the Best Western Chaffin Inn for a night on a road trip south. The hotel is conveniently located to the highway, gas stations, and fast food restaurants. The first room to which I was given a key seemed like it was already occupied--the bed was unmade and there was trash on the dresser--but the attendant very quickly found me a new room, which was appreciated.
It was a no-smoking room but things still smelled a little bit smoky, although not so bad as to disrupt my stay. There was a bit of green space around the back of the hotel, between the Best Western and I think the Days Inn adjacent, where my dog was able to relieve himself. Some other hotel guests let their dogs roam off-leash; just something to keep in mind.
The free breakfast included some sausage links, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and fruit, as well as apple and orange juice and coffee. Overall, no frills, but a comfortable enough stay for me and my pup at a reasonable price (by today's standards!).

Right off the freeway. All rooms are outdoor access. Multiple restaurants nearby. Grassy area behind the hotel to walk the dogs.

This property is directly next to the highway and the doors do not have proper insulation. It was extremely loud. The parking lot is insufficient for the number of rooms so people arriving parked behind cars so backing out of the parking space is almost impossible. The property is definitely not worth the cost.

Close to the interstate and lots of quick food options. Would have loved to have a bit more space to comfortably walk the dog around and let her do her business outside, but the room was clean and nicely sized, and there was plenty of space for her to get the wiggles out before bedtime.

The hotel is setup similar to a motel feel where there are only two stories. Room was clean. Room air conditioner was quite loud as well as the fan mode that made it difficult to sleep at night. The $15 pet fee was applied once for two pets. Overall was a decent experience.
*Received random phone call from hotel staff member days after visit clarifying if the non-smoking room was smoked in as a new tenant indicated it smelled of smoke. This was surprising as it was days after our check out and none of the guests including myself smoke*
Overall was a good experience and sufficed for a quick overnight stay

Evening and night desk staff very professional and genuine. Room very clean and furniture was updated, good. A good mattress and good bed linens. We would stay again.
