    Just keep driving!

I have not been to other Red Roof Inns, so I can’t compare that way, but this was definitely a lower end place. I’m not too picky, but my main issue is it did not seem like it was a very safe area. There was a lot of strange activity In the parking lot. The cops were there at one point for some issues. The rooms were dirty, walls of bathroom were crumbly and random hairs were around. On the plus side, it looks like they might be remodeling. And the bed was decently comfortable. I’m just hoping the bedding was actually washed. Seems like there are a lot of choices in this area, so I would definitely recommend that you just keep looking.

    Not the best

Parking lot filthy, dog station out of poop bags. Room was adequate but, smelled like spray trying to cover up someone who smoked in the non smoking room.

    Nice hotel

Was a nice place, clean. Guy at front desk was nice. The only thing I can think was I would have liked to have a room on the first floor.

    0 Bones

If I could give it 0 bones I would. The room itself wasn’t cleaned, human hair on the bed sheets, on the toilet seat, there was garbage left in the room. Additionally the area wasn’t great. There was a homeless camp in the woods right in front of the hotel, made me uncomfortable leaving my car outside. Actually left and booked a different hotel on the spot.

    Mixed bag

Check-in was easy. Elevator sounded like it was going to fall out of the building. Room was nice in some aspects but needed maintenance in others. Was fine for 1 night

    Sketchy

Yes, we were able to bring our animals, but we felt unsafe. Really bad part of town, lots of seedy characters wandering the area. Our well-traveled dogs were very agitated all night long. It was fine, and probably 3 stars for a multi-dog friendly hotel, except that safety really counts.

    Very nice people

Didn’t have time to stay long, but the room was clean and the people were very nice.

    Exactly what we needed

We were evacuating from a hurricane and needed a hotel that would allow pets but no charge an arm & leg. The wood laminate floors assured me that no previous pets had soiled the carpet. It’s not a 5 star hotel so the pillows & sheets were meh but I also only paid $75/night so I could spend my money on memories instead of a room. Thanks.

    Pet friendly

Would have preferred lower level with 2 large dogs. Elevator & stairs up to 4th floor was rough. Room was not especially clean.

I would stay somewhere else next time

It was good that I could bring my dog, however, there was an obvious lack of maintenance at the hotel. The vinyl flooring under the desk was torn, there was no shampoo, the elevator made weird noises that scared my dog. And because of the placement of the sign we turned into the wrong motel parking lot and that place was terrible!!!! We were relieved when we drove into the right parking lot.

    Convenient location to downtown

Clean and quiet with ample potty areas around property. My doggy room was on the 4th floor so my pup was able to experience an elevator for the first time.

Location was not in best area

Room was fine although a little dirty...not the best area either (definitely saw a few people on drugs hanging around), so if that's okay with you, then this spot is okay.

You get what you pay for.

Our room was non smoking but smelled like smoke. The shower was very cold and there was no shampoo or conditioner available. Overall not bad for the price paid.

Staff was nice, place needs major updating

First, booking through BringFido was easy and I had to change nights. No problem.
Second, the staff there was very nice, breakfast in a bag was great.
Third, the facility is being updated on first floor and I hope that incudes the entire building. The room was old and the toilet was stained and cracked. There was a roll of toilet paper on the shelf that was so dirty, we threw it away. I think the hotel is just old and needs to be updated.

    Woof

Not sure where to start. I gave it two stars simply because the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is something else. The first room we went in to smelled like urine and both comforters were filthy. Had some weird gunk on it, the tv was on and maybe a dog bone? On the floor. Looks like someone was just in there. front desk was really nice and changed us out real quick and this room was at least clean and smelled better. But the list of inconveniences this room had was insane- the entire room was wet. Maybe from the air conditioner. The fridge was leaking so we had to stuff the hand towels underneath it just to stop it, and the cabinet door where the fridge was broken. The clock, remote, and safe had no batteries. We changed the batteries for the remote but it didn’t matter, it didn’t work with the tv. There was one outlet the was so horribly placed and it was hard to charge any of our stuff. We had to choose between charging or keeping the light plugged in. then they had a towel shortage, you have to give them Your dirty towels to get new ones. Not that I cared about that really. They were very pet friendly so that was a plus but if were back in Nashville, I wouldn’t stay there again.

    Never Again

One of the creepiest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The floors were sticky and sweating the entire stay. At first we thought they were just wet from being cleaned...but that dampness didn’t go away. Everything is old, dirty and nasty. The bed linens are pilled and not fresh. Extra scary to be in such a dirty hotel during the time of Covid. Plenty of areas to walk the dog around the hotel in an otherwise sketchy neighborhood.

    Just So-So

The price was right, but the location and amenities were lacking. The surrounding area didn’t seem to be the safest, and the lobby and room were dingy.

    It's a Red Roof Inn.

As far as Red Roof Inns go this one is pretty nice. Staff was friendly. Our room was pretty crowded and our dog spent 20 minutes sniffing the blanket on the bed (not the comforter, but the thin blanket on top of the sheets), which didnt make me feel great. Comforter had cigarette holes in it (non smoking room). Room could have been cleaner. Overall was fine to sleep for a night but wouldn't go back.

    Convenient location

We had no trouble finding the place, it's just off 65. Good restaurants in the area too. They even have a continental breakfast but don't get too excited if you're gluten free. Nobody baulked at me bringing 2 black lads in. The was a close and well lit doggy potty area supplied with bags. The hotel looks really nice on the outside, the inside could use a few updates.

Great for us as an overnight

Clerk was friendly and room was clean with everything we needed. Can’t say anything about the breakfast, as we departed at 5:30

    Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Don't stay there. The building smelled old, and my sheets smelled dirty, as if they hadn't been changed. The breakfast was continental. They did have hard boiled eggs, but were out of salt and pepper. (Who runs out of salt and pepper?) I wish BringFido would specify what kind of breakfast is included when it says "Free breakfast". The shower was clean, but the shelf had fallen off the wall tiles in the shower and had not been replaced. The tiles were scratched up where this shelf came off. The water pressure was horrible. Getting my hair wet (long hair) took forever. It's a good location off of the expressway, and it's cheap. Pets stay free.

    Dog friendly.....

Dog friendly hotel- that's the 3 stars. Room received was not the room requested. They are in the middle of updating the hotel and that may eventually make a difference but for now the wear and tear on the rooms is VERY apparent. Rooms are very small and cramped and they are not very clean. A/C didn't work that well either, barely would go below 75 in the room. The check-in person was distracted, but nice....the maintenance personnel were actually the friendliest employees I came in contact with. YMMV. I suppose you get what you pay for and in Nashville, even the less desirable hotels are expensive.

    Great pet friendly hotel

We had our two large dogs with us. We like staying at Red Roof Inn when we travel to various cities because they do not charge a pet fee and there are no weight/breed restrictions. This location met our expectations.

Checkin was a breeze and we loved that the entrance to the rooms were inside the building instead of outside. They also had a nice little breakfast including a waffle maker. Yum!

We were on the first level and we could see our car from our room window. We also loved the water pressure in the shower and the ability to raise and lower the shower head.

We would definitely stay at this location again.

    Good Two Day Stay

This place had clean rooms, but they were a bit small. However, they allow dogs to be left in the room so long as they are created, which is a plus if you find yourself doing things that are not dog friendly. We took the morning to travel down and tour the Jack Daniel’s Distillery and I did not have to worry about my dog one bit while there because I knew he was safe and was somewhere cooler then compare to being outside.

    Clean rooms, nice staff

We were a little nervous pulling into the neighborhood, but the hotel was nice, so were the staff. The rooms smelled clean and the showers were nice.
