Horrible customer service. Hotel had construction all night til just after 8pm. There was banging and stomping on the roof for the first five hours of our stay. Front desk didn’t really care and kept liking to us that it would stop in a few minutes but still lasted hours. The construction crew left nails on the ground all around the parking lot and didn’t clean up. Luckily we didn’t get one in our tires. How can they charge full price for this?

There is a VERY limited area to walk your dog and what is there, is littered with trash and excrement. The hotel is small with narrow hallways and not clean. Staff was mostly friendly, but I won’t stay there again and the experience made me search for an alternative hotel for the next leg of my trip.

Room was dated and a little run down, but it was very clean and everything worked. Location is right off the highway and it's a little loud. Breakfast was great, there's also a Waffle House next door. Easy access to the aforementioned highway. No issue with the pets.

We only stayed here one night as we were passing through town, but we probably won’t stay here again. The hotel has only a few small areas of grass around it and the area is not very pedestrian friendly. The hotel itself is decent, but our room was definitely on the small side. In my experience, there are better options out there.

We were greeted with a welcoming smile. The room was very clean and comfortable. The surrounding area looks a little rough, but our loaded truck was not bothered. There are small grassy areas available. We had a good night’s sleep.

Doors slamming all night which upset the dogs. The desk staff did not know what she was doing . Not very attentive. Never even noticed the dogs.

I waited so long in the lobby that I finally called the hotel on the phone to reach someone to check us in. Although our room was clean and comfortable ( a little small) the area around the hotel was pretty skanky. No real area to walk the dog and the parking lot and perimeter of the building is littered with cigarette butts. The neighborhood that the hotel is located in looked a little scary. In addition, this is during the coronavirus outbreak. The gym was still open, breakfast buffet was served and no one seemed fazed by precautions. I would never stay here again!!!!

We were treated so warmly at the Nashville West Comfort Inn. Our dog Chase and us were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, the great breakfast and the fact that our room was spotless. Love it!
