We stayed here one night on a very long trip. I requested a first floor room and it was very quiet. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. Only complaint was the carpet piece under the bed was not as clean as it could have been.

The reservation was cancelled because of a supposed issue with my credit card. They didn’t have an issue running the card and charging a higher price for the room when I arrived. Filthy doesn’t begin to cover this place. It smelled like vomit, cigarette smoke and pee. There was something that looked like rat poop when I pulled the blanket back. Spiders in the room. Shower was dirty. My clothes all smelled when I left in the morning. Disgusting. The room was hot and I had no control over the A/C. Literally paid to sit on top of the blanket all night until morning. Do not book here!!!

Everything about our experience here was bad. Rude front desk employees, sketchy location, and dirty and outdated room. They kept our $50 deposit for “dog hair.” How can a hotel be dog friendly and then charge customers damages for dog hair?! If you allow pets into a room there is bound to be pet hair. This place is way overpriced for the quality you get anyway. Stay literally anywhere else.

Nice area to walk dog with benches and gazebo. Room was quiet, clean and very reasonably priced. Would def stay there again.

Staff were welcoming. There is a small subdivision behind for walking dogs. Restaurants within walking distance (not dog friendly though). Overall, it was good for the price.

The hotel could use a refresh. The location is good (e.g., near airport, fast food options close to hotel). I like that the floors are vinyl plank rather than carpet. There is a little grass for dogs. No microwave or refrigerator in the room.

It is always peace of mind when the floors are vinyl instead of wall to wall carpet. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There is a nice area for dog walks. Panera Bread right next door!

Convenient to airport, if that is important to you, but that means that you have big jets and their noise flying close overhead anytime day or night. Lots of restaurants nearby, even walking distance. Grassy area for dogs to do their business on. Neighborhood of dead end streets next to parking lot to walk the dog. Ground floor level room was clean, with parking for car immediately outside door. We would stay there again if passing through the area.

Our room wreaked of smokers (even though its a 'non smoking' property) and there was hair in the bed. The shower faucet was sticking out a couple inches from the wall. Someone knocked on our door at midnight and then again at nearly 1am, sending our dogs into a crazy frenzy and waking up the kids. The place is dirty and gross.

Very dog friendly and the staff was welcoming but the first thing I noticed when we entered the room was a dirty sock next to the bed and stains on the bedspread. There was also ashes all over the shower grab bar where someone used it to put out their cigarette.

We stayed here twice this week; once on the way to Gatlinburg and again on the way back. The first time they did have to change our room to another one because the first one had been smoked in-- but they were very nice about doing so and it was no big deal. At check in we were given two bottles of water and a few pet waste bags as well. It is not the most quiet location, as it is right by the airport, but that is to be expected. There are several prominent security cameras on the exterior of the building, and it is located nearby several places to eat. We ate at Panera twice & it was great. Holly at the front desk was wonderful.

Arrived about 9:00 pm. Have never stayed at a red roof but now know to avoid. The young desk clerk gave us our card keys, once we arrived at our room we walked in on other occupants as the kid gave us an already occupied room!!! Can you imagine it all. Our room was musty and I found hair in the bed. Ugh! Go somewhere else.

Staff was great! Easy to work with in making reservations and checking in/out. Vibe feels a little sketchy at first due to the age of the property, but we had no issues or problems during our stay. Room was clean. Daughter was excited that there was a microwave. Several other pet owners around. Our room was clean. Couldn’t have asked for me for the price!
