- TracyOct 25, 2024Great location
Lots to do in the area. Lots are dog friendly. Highly recommend.
- ShaunOct 16, 2024Busy location
Small area for dog, too congested in parking lot near busy street. Hotel is outdated.
- PatriciaSep 22, 2024Wonderful
The hotel is in a great area of Pigeon Forge. The people are kind, check-in and out is so easy. Definitely dog friendly. Thank you.
- RUSSELLSep 19, 2024Nice features for the stay
Easy access to pet relief area. Staff was very welcoming. Site is in a very urban area but still has a grassy area for our dog. Access to restaurants and stores within walking distance.
- ChristineAug 27, 2024Great Hotel for Dogs
This is my second time staying here because it's so great for me and my dog. They have good size rooms, clean, a full breakfast and a fenced in grassy area to take your dog on the grounds. The dog park in Roswell is grassy and shaded and just a couple blocks away.
- RachelJul 30, 2024Enjoyed Our Stay
If you’re looking for a cheaper option that’s pet friendly, this hotel is for you. It’s a tad bit outdated but it was clean. Carpeted floors need replaced, however. There are 3 grassy areas for your doggos and they provide the poop bags. WiFi very spotty, we couldn’t set up the camera we brought. Breakfast was actually very good and the staff were friendly.
- LydiaMar 30, 2024Another great stay
This was our second stay. The hotel is clean, convenient, and a perfect place to stay with pets.
- GaryNov 14, 2023Good location
Great staff. Rooms very clean. Easy in/out with traffic light. Quiet considering it's right on Wears Valley Rd. Definitely stay here again.
- PaulaNov 5, 2023Hospitable staff
Great location. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Check-in and out was smooth. Very nice clientele too. Will be happy to stay here again.
- LarrySep 20, 2023Good stay
Nice people, great room and location.
- CarolynSep 8, 2023Okay stay
The room smelled like urine & was a little overpowering. Room was smaller than shown online. The staff was very pleasant & helpful. There was plenty of towels & the room was clean.
- SusieAug 2, 2023Awesome Staff
Everything was as expected.
- SusanJul 27, 2023Good stay
Clean, dog friendly, great breakfast!
- MaureenMar 20, 2023Great Location
We were close to everything we needed.
- TinaMar 4, 2023Good location
Room was clean, good location, no surprises :)
- MarieOct 15, 2022Mediocre
Room was way too hot and was told nothing could be done about it due to the outside temperature. Was told nothing could be done….we could run the ac on fan only or check out. Looked outdated and not super clean. Would not stay here again. Breakfast that was included was decent and there was ample dog walk area with disposal bags provided. Staff was very friendly but hotel itself was just not what I would have expected for the price I paid. Disappointed.
- LisaApr 24, 2022Never Again
First I want to start that the price charged thru BringFido was twice what I would have paid if I booked direct with the hotel. The parking was bad. The room was dark and the carpet was stained with spots of urine bigger than your head. The overall stay was terrible and I would never stay there again. The only upside was the beds seemed relatively clean.
- RodneyMar 21, 2022Pleased
Everything went without a hitch, very pleased.
- SamanthaMar 21, 2022Great Place to Stay
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here! Our room was very clean and spacious and the staff members were friendly. This was also a very convenient place to stay with a pet. There was a large grassy pet relief area. We would most certainly consider staying here in the future.
- BenMar 20, 2022Good place to stay
Convenient location, pleasant staff and clean room.
- MarthaSep 12, 2021Great location for going to the Island!
We were within walking distance to so many places so we never had to drive anywhere. The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was nice. There was a designated place that we could take our dog to do his business. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a pet friendly place.
- AshleyJun 25, 2021Right off the main strip of Pigeon Forge
Good hotel, especially for the price. Nice and clean.
- DonnaApr 22, 2021Great price.
Everything in the room was clean. The beds were VERY comfortable. Good location. We took our cat Maxx and he gave it a big thumbs up. The young lady at the desk was sweet and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
- MarciaMar 29, 2021Perfect Stay with Dogs
This was the first time I have stayed in a hotel with my dogs. The hotel placed us on the first floor close to the dog walking area. This made it convenient for taking the dogs out. The room did have a slight dog smell because of the carpet flooring. The only other thing to mention is that The Great Smokey Mountains are not dog friendly with only two trails allowing dogs. I can't say I blame them because the one trail we walked had poop bags laying in the trees. I was disappointed in the pet owners for littering such a beautiful place. Part of being a dog owner is not just picking up after your pet but proper disposal. All in all it was a good trip with the dogs and the hotel was very accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay again.
- JimmyJan 18, 2021Room was nice.
I would have rated it higher but the area where they were using for pets to do their business was totally littered. No one was cleaning up after their pets. It was so bad that it was hard to walk through this patch of grass without stepping in something.
- DhamodaranJan 1, 2021Decent stay
Ok to stay with dog.
- JodiDec 1, 2020GREAT Location
I loved that this is a pet friendly hotel In such a great location. It is directly across the street from Mel’s Diner and the food there was delicious. The Island was very close too.
The employees were very friendly and the beds were comfortable. They also had a heated indoor pool.
My only complaint was that our room smelled horribly of urine. I know it’s expected staying in a pet friendly hotel and yes I did have my dog but I was constantly spraying deodorizer to try and neutralize the odor.
Would I stay there again ... yes! - SandyNov 11, 2020Great location
Very pet friendly. Due to state regulations there wasn't a breakfast but Mels Diner is across the street and they serve great food. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was harder than we are used to but we slept comfortable. They are also not offering housekeeping which is a new normal right now. Works great for pet owners...you just have to pick up towels etc from front desk.
- MarthaNov 8, 2020convenient location
clean, helpful front desk personnel
- SandyOct 26, 2020Baymont Inn Pigeon Forge
Very small room and was put on 4th floor which was inconvenient with a dog. Very clean but dark.
- ThomasSep 23, 2020Very dog friendly!
We were there during the off-season, but it was still somewhat crowded. The hotel was quiet and everyone was friendly (including guests) with my dogs. There's a small grassy area to walk the dog around and they allow crated dogs to remain in the hotel room while you're away.
Staying again!
- CaseyJul 1, 2020Great for large dogs!
Our room with a king bed with jacuzzi was spacious enough for our lab. We do not crate her but there was plenty of space for her bed and for her to roam around while we were out. The pet walking area was a bit small for her but plenty of space just to potty.
- AmberJun 3, 2020Nice location
The location of the hotel was great and close to everything we wanted to do. The room was a little small with 2 beds and 2 dog crates, but we made it work.
- SusanFeb 24, 2020Location Location Location
A+ rating for ground floor room as one of my two canine companions is a senior! Ample areas for my pets to “take care of business.” Staff was warm and welcoming. I’m not a breakfast person but noticed a nice spread in a roomy dining area while getting coffee. Location is convenient to all things Pigeon Forge. 🦴 🦴 🦴 🦴 🦴
- BrentDec 30, 2019Good location
Not a lot of room for the dog to do his business. Walls in the hotel are pretty thin, can hear neighbors very well. All hotel staff are nice and breakfast was really good.
- EdDec 14, 2019Great location..pet friendly for big dogs..
They allow my 122 pound Shiloh shepherd to stay and treat him very well. Ground floor rooms with an outside entry are perfect if you have a dog. Near Dollywood and about 7 miles from Gatlinburg.
- KrystineNov 11, 2019Great location! Pet friendly.
We arrived late at night and the Hotel attendant was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to add another night to our stay and he matched the BringFido rate - which was lower than from any other website and lower than the senior rate. The motel is nothing fancy, but does have a fridge and microwave. There is a small pet area by the parking lot with poopie bags. The dog park is only 10 minutes away. There is only one trail in the Smokies dogs are allowed on - Gatlinburg trail. Outside of that, dogs are allowed wherever cars are in the Great Smoky National Park.
- JudyNov 7, 2019All Around Great
Friendly staff, nice room, great location!
- LauraAug 29, 2019Great place to stay!
The staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean and the location is perfect to all the attractions in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again!
- LauraAug 22, 2019Nice place
Nice clean place and had a spot for your pet to potty!
