The front desk had problems with our reservation and we did not get the room type we had reserved. Had to ask the elevators be rebooted 4 times. Room had a ring of kitty litter. Bed linens were dirty, zero towels in the room. Not worth the value.
Property is older and not like the photos posted. Also the pool and hot tub were closed per management due to Covid and not being able to tell who had and hadn’t been vaccinated. AC in room didn’t work the greatest. Carpet and bedding were damp due to the high humidity.
Slight urine smell, moldy lampshade, bathroom grout needs a good scrubbing, needs a furniture update. (Lamp stand was hand painted with same purple as wall, bathroom vanity majorly scuffed...) front desk clerk helpful and polite.
