      Good location

      Loud fan at nighttime with average amenities and room accommodations. While this was exactly what's expected of a 3-star hotel and the location was convenient, it was particularly unusual for us to be awoken by someone successfully opening our locked door at 9:32AM. We did not know if it was a trespasser or staff. We reported it to the front desk and were met with a strange look and brushed off as probably someone from housekeeping. We were not offered any sort of compensation nor a conversation with management.
