  Convenient and Clean

  Hotel room was clean and spacious. Grounds inside the fenced area were clean and nice. Pet area was a small grassy corner of the parking lot. Conveniently located next to freeway and shopping malls across the freeway.

  Great stay

  Doing a lot of remodeling. We were in an older room. Great space. The grounds are a little intimidating, but once we got settled had a great path for walking the pups through the grounds to the pet area. Pet area is small but great walking spaces throughout the hotel. The restaurant is now open, and we had a great breakfast. Our reservation did not include breakfast, but prices was very reasonable. Would stay there again.

  Staff are very friendly

  Computer was not operational when I arrived so they could not apply my Holiday Inn membership. One key did not work and ice machine was out of service. Room is old and needs repair. I ordered dinner and when I went to pick it up, I found they had delivered it to my room. Front desk got me ice and was happy to assist in any way possible.

  Grass area is small

  Grass area is small and unkept. Cars park there making access difficult. Mostly blacktop and in summer can hurt dogs paws.

  Great service

  The hotel was set up very differently from a normal set up (individual apartment-like) but conducive to having a pet. Also the staff were very attentive and helpful.

  Great place location perfect

  Clean and very pet friendly. Front desk answered all questions would stay again. Room spacious!

  Perfect Stay!

  Beautiful hotel, spacious room, updated decor, fridge/microwave, quiet stay no thin walls to hear cars or people, extremely nice staff! I had my 2 dogs, no issues at all. They have a relieve area out by the parking lot specifically for your pets. I gave my dogs a small walk outside around the hotel before bed time

  Nice Hotel

  I was pleasantly surprised when walking into the main lobby how nice the hotel looked. The rooms were nice as well. Loved the night light was built into the outlet near the vanity/sink. The construction made the entrance a challenge to see at night and I believe there was only one entrance and exit at the time. A little strange with walkways and paths to enter hotel rooms for handicap people, I had my mother with me and she has a walker, she had to walk away from the section our room was into use a ramp. Small steps are all around but, with suitcases and a dog in tow the ramps are easier for everyone.
