Stains on bedspread, AC unit did not work properly. 3rd floor room makes pet care difficult.

Parking is well-lit and secured. I had the bottom room floor for easy access in and out with my dogs. There are eateries in the same plaza the hotel is located so that was nice. Complimentary breakfast was good. Dogs have a decent area to walk around and relieve themselves.

Pet friendly, yes. But in our room, the toilet didn't flush completely, the toilet seat refused to stay up and fell down onto your back when sitting on it. La Quinta is not high-end and so we didn't have high expectations, but a functioning toilet that doesn't gross a person out is kind of baseline.

Good area for dogs, however the check-in counter guy was not helpful when asked for a room on the first floor. Ended up staying on the third with two dogs. A little rough but still wasn’t a bad place.

This is not intended to disparage all guests at the hotel, but the woman staying in the room across from us had a number of male guests throughout the night, including at least one who appeared to be high. Did not feel especially safe.

We had a nice room with our other room right across the hall. We had end rooms so it was nice to have the corner to ourselves. The breakfast was decent, they had great grassy areas for the pups and bags for their waste, which was convenient for those times we’d forget to bring some down with us. The hotel itself is tucked out of the way which was also a plus. The only thing we had an issue with were the key cards. They stopped working a few times and we had to get new ones for both rooms several times. All in all we had a great stay there.

In the reservation we requested a ground floor room but were told when we checked in that the 3rd floor is the pet floor. It was not a problem at all and the grounds have ample grassy areas to take the dogs. Even have poop bags and disposal containers. Room was clean and odor free. Recommend.

We needed a safe place to evacuate to and this fits the bill. Not the poshest but it is safe and quiet and they have grass to walk dogs in the parking lots. Food located close by. If I need to evacuate again this place will be on my list.

It could be a bit cleaner, but it is fairly priced. Front desk is friendly. Decent location. My baby was perfectly comfortable here and there we no issues at all.

Went there to evacuate for a hurricane. It was being remodeled. I get that there would be a mess but at least have coffee.

Dog was treated great, place was being renovated, carpet in room was nasty, elavator was broken. Had to haul heavy luggage to 2nd floor. Lobby and breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff very friendly and kind. Had we not arrived at 11:00 at night and we couldn’t cancel reservations, we would have left. The rating is not on our poodle, it on the hotel.
