Pets:
• This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per pet
• Dog bowls provided
• Medium wire dog crate
• Pooper scooper with poop bags
Parking:
• There is room for two COMPACT vehicles. One in the garage, One in the driveway.
• 110v trickle charge outlet. Extension cord not provided.
• Electric Vehicle Charging Station in the Garage.
• Do not drive or park on rocks between driveways.
• Failure to comply will result in vehicles being towed at owner's expense
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Children's utensils, plates, and cups are provided.

Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

• Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): Queen-over-Queen bunk bed (325lb weight limit for the top bunk)
• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One King bed
• Bonus: Queen pullout sofa bed in the living room.
