Room were clean and free breakfast was OK. Walking our had dog some issues. The lawn area has grass burrs not friendly for a dogs paws.

Nice large room. Very clean. Great breakfast. Lots of goathead stickers and dog park was not mowed. Ok for the price.

Our room was on the bottom floor with 3 pets. It was on the very corner right by the 2 doggie restroom areas and where we could wash off our pets.

This property was very pet friendly. we stayed in one of the suites, with my 2 dogs, & got a downstairs room as requested. They don’t enter your room, so you don’t have to worry about them accidentally letting your dogs out, or any other issues with them coming in your room. You can go to the front desk for extra towels, or anything else you may need. There is a fenced area at the back of the property that is set up as a small dog park, with separate big, & small sides. And you are close to the beach, restaurants, bars, golf cart rental, liquor store,, dollar general, souvenir shops, & anything else you might need. I would definitely stay here again with my dogs. Five bones!

We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Suites. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we first arrived we were placed in a room near several long term guests who insisted on smoking on the patio in front of our door. The owner kindly moved us to another room. The only negative is the long-term guests that have come to believe that they manage the property better than the owners themselves. It would probably prevent us from returning there, at least during the winter months.

The kitchen had a tiny fridge like most hotel rooms and a toaster oven and microwave. There were plug in double burners provided along with some pans to cook. We made the most of it! The only issues were the roaches and the mildew on the ceiling and wall in bathroom.
