    Terrible Experience!

    While it was great that this hotel allowed pets, it was unpleasant for humans! We did not feel safe here. There were people standing outside all hours of the night, some people just sitting with their room doors open near the parking lot. There were bugs in our room - which we did not see until we woke up. Multiple kinds of bugs. The bed is the absolute worst bed I have ever slept on in my entire life. We originally paid for 3 nights upfront online trying to secure a room during a mandatory hurricane evacuation from our home. After the first night, we checked out immediately. The management at Red Roof Inn has refused to provide us a refund for the unused nights. I would give this location a 0 if it was an option!!

    Room not ready at check-in time.

    Check in time was 4pm and we arrived at 6:48pm after a 7 hour long drive and the receptionist, Patty, stated that there wasn't a clean room available. She explained that the cleaning staff left early without completing their daily tasks, which was beyond unprofessional. I simply requested a refund from bringfido.com.

    Not the best place to stay. Neighborhood seemed a little shady. Seemed worse than a Motel 6 to me... I'd give it ZERO bones if I could.
