Welcome to our spacious, newly remodeled home, affectionally named “The LUX in Lakewood". This basement apartment will make you feel tucked away in the safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to downtown Littleton (10 mins), Red Rocks Amphitheater (5 mins), and downtown Denver (20 mins).
This home offers an open concept, eat-in kitchen perfect for enjoy a sit down meal. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked (2-way coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender, and an instant pot to boot!). After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the TV. There is one bedroom, with a full bathroom. This home's floor plan is perfect for the couple getaway, friends going to a concert, and corporate rentals.

Maximum occupancy: 2 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
No smoking in the home. / No pets without prior permission. / No parties or events without prior written approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.
