The person that checked us in was very unfriendly. The pet release form that you sign said that if your dog is barking then they will call animal control to pick up your pet, if the owner is not located first. I found that to be very offensive to even have that wording in the pet release. I have never seen this on a pet release form.

Nice facility. Have stayed here at least three times and am always placed on the first floor next to an exit. Everything is clean and there are several grassy areas for the dogs to relieve themselves. Easy access to I-80 and a great public dog park is only a few miles away.

This was a beautiful place and the price was good value. My only issue was with the front desk guy. I had a problem with the TV. I wanted to watch a certain baseball game, but my TV wasn't cooperating. When I went to the desk to see if they had another remote or fix, the clerk took all of 5 seconds to look up from his cell phone to tell me nope... maintenance has already left there's nothing I can do before returning to his cell phone. Young guy, fake dreadlocks, no business working in hospitality.

Room was not cheap then they add $50 for the dog. I knew it but thought the room would at least be nice. It was just so so. Nothing for the dog premium, no treats, no bed, not even a convenient grassy area. Placed us near the pool so doors were banging until the pool closed. Of course the dog wanted to bark each time they banged. Could have been worse is best I can say.

Staff was very pet friendly, room was reasonably priced, and there are nice dog parks within a couple of miles. Just off the interstate. A block from the Whole Foods made the location that much more appealing. Room was dog friendly and comfortable. Grass around the hotel for poop breaks. Good value for the money.
