Bournecoast are absolutely delighted to offer this modern, four bedroom detached house which has an excellent opportunity for those who want to holiday in a town centre location within easy access to all that the fabulous town of Bournemouth can offer. The house benefits from magnificent sea views, can sleep 10 comfortably, has a snug/cinema room and a games room in case the weather isn't perfect! The house is in an ideal location just a short walk from the sandy beaches, pier and the BH2 Cinema complex where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and a movie.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
On the third floor is the Master Bedroom which has lots of space with a walk in wardrobe area, a King Size Bed, a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 and a 55" SMART TV. This bedroom benefits from sea views and patio doors which lead on to a balcony. Leading off this bedroom is a modern ensuite shower room with a double shower cubicle and a toilet. On the second floor are three additional bedrooms. The second bedroom is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a spacious, modern ensuite shower room with a toilet. The third bedroom is a Double Bedroom with panoramic sea views and a modern ensuite shower room with a toilet. The fourth bedroom is a Twin Bedroom, opposite there is a bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet.
On the upper ground floor is the focus point of the house and living area, with sea views from the 8.0m x 3.0m deck and wrap around terrace. The open plan living area, with bifold doors to the decking area, includes a 50" SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from the Internet service Provider). From the lounge is the dining area with patio doors which give access through to the side wrap around garden. Off the dining area is the modern kitchen with granite work surface, a breakfast bar and a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE OVEN - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE - AIR FRYER.
There are stairs down to the lower ground floor where you will find the games room with a dart board and 7ft multifunction table, including pool and table tennis. This leads into the snug with a 65" SMART TV. Off the games room is a second kitchen with a WASHING MACHINE - TUMBLE DRYER - MICROWAVE - FRIDGE - ONE RING HOB and a separate shower room and toilet.
This lovely house has a large decked dining area as well as a grassed area and side return laid with patio and a BBQ. There is parking in the drive for two cars.

This property is perfect for those who wish to be close to everything Bournemouth town centre has to offer including the pier and the sandy beaches. This popular town offers so much to enjoy during your holiday, such as watching the sunset on Bournemouth beach or exploring the large seasonal markets in the town centre. Bournemouth really is the go-to place which offers both a seaside resort with beautiful beaches, a large array of eateries both chain and independent and a good selection of High Street shops. Bournemouth Pier is a traditional pier with beautiful views over the bay with the Isle of Wight on one side and the Purbeck Hills on the other. Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches. SOUTHBOURNE / TUCKTON / WICK / HENGISTBURY HEAD - An ideal destination for families with its own shopping area and beautiful walks over nearby Hengistbury Head. Located just a short drive or bus ride away from the centre of both Bournemouth and Christchurch.
CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping. Mudeford and Highcliffe offer beautiful sandy stretches of beach in quiet surroundings, with a short ferry ride from Mudeford to Hengistbury Head.
BARTON-ON-SEA / MILFORD-ON-SEA - These are great touring bases, located just along the coast from Christchurch. With easy access to the New Forest and sandy beaches at Highcliffe, both areas also have their own scenic seafronts and atmospheric village centres.
NEW FOREST - The perfect countryside area of peace and tranquillity, offering beautiful walks where the famous New Forest ponies live. There are many villages throughout the area for shopping and dining in style.
