The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the carpeted stairs are worn and greasy, elevator old and beat up, and side door secure entry is non functional. Part of the ground floor was closed off ‘for remodeling’ but there was no evidence of any construction taking place. Overall we would stay again as its location is good and clean rooms and grass perimeter even though this is an old and worn property.

Very clean room. Asked for first floor but got a handicapped room in the 3rd floor. It was fine, breakfast was great (real bacon). Not a big dog walk area but there is a fine dog park nearby.

Check-in was speedy and efficient. The property had green areas for our dog to go and tend to business, with dog disposal bags and disposal station nearby.

This room was exactly what we needed after several nights of sleeping in our truck/camping. It was spacious and clean. The pet relief are is green and baggies are provided. The hotel was quiet and the staff were all bright and helpful. The next time we’re in SLC, we will 100% be staying at this hotel again.

We have stayed at many pet friendly place that has a very bad small to the rooms. We have stayed at this Holiday Inn about 5 times and none of the rooms has a pet odor in them. Very clean and friendly staff work here. We like to come here as a place we can get a good nights rest. Thanks and we are coming back in 4 days. We do a lot of business travel and we know we are going to have a good place to stay at this hotel. Thanks.

Loved the room and location! Could walk to shopping, food, etc. (Great restaurant, Carvers, behind the hotel). Even though breakfast was “limited,” there were cinnamon rolls, microwaveable egg and sausage burritos, yogurt, cereals, fruit, etc. Nice pool, laundry facilities, etc. Would stay there again in a minute. Nice golf courses within 30 minutes.

Hotel was run down, needs to be freshened up. Room had a faint smell of animal urine. Rooms didn’t meet expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. Customer service was exceptional! All were friendly, helpful and very professional.

The room was very clean. Dog fee was only $20 for 1 night. The walking area wasn't big, just a grass area in the parking lot but that's all I needed. I asked for a room that had been vacant for the past 24 hours if possible and they accommodated with no problem.
