    Zion National Park! Pioneer Lodge is located in Springdale, Utah at the west entrance of Zion National Park. Founded in 1862, Springdale is the gateway community to Zion which is one of the oldest and most beloved parks in the America. Springdale features an abundance of restaurants, gift shops, activities and entertainment. Close to Pioneer Lodge is the O.C. Tanner Amphitheater, a place for live concerts and multimedia presentations. Springdale also offers an IMAX format theater with incredible films of Zion National Park.

      Terrible customer service

      Door barely locked, AC only worked sometimes, water damage at the shower head with paint peeling off, mold growing under the window, weird pre-bagged breakfast that consisted of a frozen breakfast burrito, yogurt, and an apple. Pool looked disgusting, and only 3 out of 8 jets in the hot tub worked. When we asked about the hot tub they said "Oh, it's not broken, the jets just don't work." Do not recommend, especially for the price.

      They rented us a room with a door that doesn’t lock, which we found out when someone burst into our room. They made no attempt to fix the situation at all, it was seriously messed up. I felt totally violated and my dog could have been stolen if someone came in when we weren’t in the room. Do not stay here. Also the parking lot is whack.

      Great Room!

      Super dog friendly, and no extra fees for our two dogs. They have recently changed the policy , so now there is a fee.
