I pre-registered and prepaid the day before and after driving 10 hours I arrived. I proceeded to stand in line to get my room number and key card for 50 minutes. 5-0! The two agents at the desk were checking in a large group and there were about 20-25 folks in front of me. It would have been nice if they would have taken any people pre-registered in between.
When I finally got my key card (after standing for 50 minutes), I was just about to get in the elevator and I heard my name called. I had been given the wrong room key. It was corrected. On opening my door, I was greeted with a men’s dirty sock on the floor inside the door. After using the toilet and flushing, it wouldn’t turn off so I removed the tank cover and fiddled with the flapper to get it to stop.
I had asked when booking the previous day if I could have a room towards the end of a hall so my pup wouldn’t bark at everyone walking by. I was given a room next to the elevator. And lastly, I know it was listed that parking was $15 for overnight parking but there was a huge parking lot and dozens and dozens of empty spots. Free courtesy parking for guests would have been a nice gesture. Adequate accommodations but wouldn't stay again given that there are 6-8 pet friendly hotels in vicinity. Nothing stands out in this location at this price point.

Location was great, right off the interstate. We only needed the room for one night but from the time of check-in till we left (noon checkout!) everything was perfect! Room very clean, staff was wonderfully nice and very accepting of a 65 lb dog.

Excellent experience! Breezy check in, friendly and helpful staff, and first class accommodations! The room was modern and super clean. Do NOT book anywhere else in the area. I’ve stayed at cheaper places to save $25 and I’ve learned my lesson. Here you get more than your money’s worth. Your pup will love it too! DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! Ten bones!!

All in all it was very comfortable and Sassy was able to run freely in the hall which was extra nice. Outside dog area was close y and we’ll lit though the bag dispenser was empty. Maybe they had lots of pets before we arrived.

Hotel was quiet and rooms were sufficient. Great grassy area to walk the dogs. If we didn’t have the dogs with us, I most likely would not have stayed there. But it worked in a pinch. Lots of parking and nice indoor pool for when it’s raining.
