First of all the check in almost required an app to communicate with the front desk. This hotel is in terrible condition and not clean. Checking in the front desk required explaining the necessity of our dog having a designation of service dog. Which she has had for 4 years. She indicated that we would still have to pay a $20.00 daily fee. Which I understand. I had a problem with my diabetes and my wife went to the front desk and got a small glass of orange juice. The front desk advised she could not use the machine, only for breakfast. Which is the worst I have ever see.
